Details	I have worked as Head Chef at a couple of International Hotels for many years and now my wife and I have our own restaurant. My style of cooking is different from other Thai restaurants, as I create a fusion of Thai, Indian and South East Asian, with fresh spices and herbs. In my kitchen, I spend many hours creating bases for my curries and sauces, preparing fresh vegetables (over 100 kilos a week) and slowly cooking tender cuts of meat. Each meal is prepared by myself for your enjoyment and I try and keep my prices as low as possible and the experience as high as possible. So, when you can, come in and see me and my trusty wok at work and I'll show you how high I can get the flames going and why they say Sea Spice, Very Nice. All the best, Thee and Vilma.
