I have worked as Head Chef at a couple of International Hotels for many years and now my wife and I have our own restaurant. My style of cooking is different from other Thai restaurants, as I create a fusion of Thai, Indian and South East Asian, with fresh spices and herbs. In my kitchen, I spend many hours creating bases for my curries and sauces, preparing fresh vegetables (over 100 kilos a week) and slowly cooking tender cuts of meat. Each meal is prepared by myself for your enjoyment and I try and keep my prices as low as possible and the experience as high as possible.
