A truly remarkable wine that has been called Australia s unique gift to the world . Hunter Valley Shiraz is also well-known. It is a medium bodied and savoury wine that pairs extremely well with food and, much like Hunter Valley Semillon, ages gracefully. Other outstanding varieties are Chardonnay and Verdelho.
