*What can I do for you?
I will see you at a time and location which is suitable to you whether it be your home, your work place or my office, during the week on weekends or after hours. I will discuss with you your loan requirements, to ensure that you receive the most suitable loan product for your current and future needs.
*What will it cost you?
My service is provided at no cost to you (home loans only) as I receive payment from the lender after settlement of your loan. The commission payment I receive is the same with most lenders so you are guaranteed that when I recommend a particular lender to you, it is based purely on your needs. It is also my policy to fully disclose all brokerage and commissions received from participating banks lending institutions. Any lenders fees payable are also fully explained.
