My journey with Kundalini Yoga began in 2007 when a close friend introduced me to the practice which left me feeling much more connected to my true self, allowing me to evolve in so many ways from single parent to work and everyday life; as well as overcoming long existing back problems.
In September 2008 I completed the teacher training and began to teach classes and never looked back!
As a teacher I like to provide a safe space for every student to experience, heal and be elevated. May the student keep in mind that healing is a process and as we cleanse our body and mind of negativity and emotions, allowing them to come to the surface so that we are then able to remove them and reconnect with who we really are. Practicing yoga & meditation will enable you to raise your consciousness and open your heart.
Each journey is so unique and shall be honored on each step that we take as we move towards more clarity in our mind and embrace the warmth of happiness in our heart. Observe and reconnect with all there is.
